In case you need to know what I just Shift deleted, you should note that Shift + Delete deletes a file without putting it in the Recycle Bin. Windows doesn’t usually offer any list of such deleted files. You can look into File History, OneDrive, or other backups for the previous version of the file. In case there isn’t any backup, you may use Notchox to scan the supported drives for the deleted files which can potentially be recovered. The important thing to remember is that you shouldn’t store anything new on that drive because the space occupied by the deleted file may be used again by Windows.
