I’ve been digging around for weeks trying to figure out which route actually works better for someone like me who gets panic attacks just from feeling “off” in their own body. The idea of sitting in a chair for an hour while something kicks in sounds terrifying but also weirdly hopeful? I saw on that Harmonyville page that they offer ketamine infusion therapy, and it seems like the IV version is the gold standard for bioavailability, but I’ve also read the nasal spray is less intense and easier to fit into a work week. For anyone who’s tried both, did the infusion feel too overwhelming for anxiety, or was the nasal spray just not strong enough to make a real dent? Really trying to avoid spending thousands on the wrong format.
