The POLYPHONIA Thematic Route is one of the main outputs of the POLYPHONIA Project “Thematic Tourism Development through the Preservation of Polyphonic Music, Unique Element of the Cross-Border Cultural Heritage”, in the context of the Interreg IPA CBC Programme “Greece – Albania 2014 – 2020”.
